How to Live a Positive Motherhood

Motherhood brings immense challenges to a woman's life, because in today's society we have to divide ourselves between work, home, children and, when we can, hobbies and friends. It can be exhausting and is certainly very demanding.

The following question has crossed your mind:

“How can I do better in the midst of so much?”

Well, it crosses the minds of many of us Mothers, workers, entrepreneurs, wives, daughters, friends There are no magic tricks but there are some strategies that you can put into practice to make your life more balanced and happy.

Would you like to live a more positive motherhood?  It is possible, even in the rush of everyday life.

Today I leave you my recipe to achieve this!

  • A good dose of self-care,
  • Great dose of organization,
  • Good definition of rules and limits,
  • Invest in quality relationships.

Result: the life you want, with all areas in balance.

Difficulty of execution: average, requires a good dose of commitment and dedication.

Time: depends on the point above.

What I want you to do with this recipe:

Start applying it now, take care of yourself, read a good book, exercise, eat well, take a walk in nature or in the park outside your home. Five minutes a day.

Review your organization, define time blocks for each area of your life, set priorities and stick to those plans.

Define your rules, family and home rules. Work on your limits and those of your children together.

Surround yourself with people who make you feel good, who add to you. Review your professional, family relationships and especially with your children. What bothers you needs to change.

I leave you a challenge for today: Parental Development and Child Coaching

When you're walking home, when you're drinking coffee or when you're going to bed, look at yourself, with your eyes very attentive and your heart available, and write on a sheet of paper what bothers you and what you'd like to be able to change. Next, what can you do to change that.

Define when you want to see this change implemented and then start focusing on it, one change at a time.

If you start today, in a month it will be implemented and you will see the first results.

If you take the first step today, you will achieve it!
