Payments and shipping

Do I have to register to complete my purchase?

You do not need to register as a customer to complete a purchase at Petit Fox. You can do so as a "Guest".

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order via MBWAY, Multibanco, Debit Card, Credit Card, Paypal or using store credit.

If you choose the Multibanco option, please note that your order will be placed on pending status and you will have 24 hours to make the payment. After this period, the order will be cancelled and the items will be available for purchase again.

When and how can I receive my order?

We ship to DPD delivery points and to your home via CTT Expresso.

Mainland Portugal:

  • Delivery to collection point (2-3 days) - €3.95
  • Home delivery (2-3 days) – €4.95
  • Express home delivery (1-2 days) - €6.95

Portugal - Islands:

  • Delivery to DPD collection point - €8
  • Home delivery – €9

Europe Zone 1 (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands): €12

Europe Zone 2 (Luxembourg, Italy): €15

If you live near Ericeira or have a family member or friend who lives in the area, you can choose to collect your order free of charge directly from our headquarters. Collection times are on weekdays, between 10am and 1pm, by prior arrangement.

Please note that we are not a shipping company and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not need to prove that you have received the order in person, but only that someone at the shipping address has signed the delivery slip. Please ensure that an authorised person is present at the address indicated to sign for and receive your order.

How can I use my Petit Fox credit?

To use your Petit Fox credit you must be logged in to our online store.

At the time of finalizing your purchase, in the payment section, you can select the store credit option, applying it in full to the total value of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

We make a point of ensuring that all the items we sell are in excellent condition so that our customers are always 100% satisfied with their purchase.

If you find that the items do not fit or are not exactly as expected, we are happy to accept returns, provided that:

  • Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt.
  • Items sold as "Never Used" or "New" must be returned with the tags intact and in a new, unworn and unwashed condition.

How can I make a return?

Please contact us by email ola@petitfox.pt before making your return, explaining the reason for the return.

We will email you a free shipping label that you must attach to the package.

How will my purchase be refunded?

You can choose between receiving a refund via bank transfer, MBWay or via store credit valid for 1 year (365 days) from the moment we have received your returned item.

Returns are free of charge. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a shipping note to attach to your package.

Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.

How can I sell to you?

We want to make it as easy as possible. Here are the steps to follow:

Make sure that the clothing meets our strict selection criteria;

Fill in the corresponding form (send by courrier or dropoff in Ericeira) which is located further down this page;

If you wish to ship your clothes to us, we will send you a shipping label* by email (for packages up to 5 kg) which you must print and attach to your package;

If you prefer to drop off at our offices, please wait for our confirmation email before dropping off.

*The shipping costs (€4.50) will be deducted from your quote.
