PROCESSING OF ORDERS
COURRIER
We ship to DPD pickup points and home delivery (CTT)
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.
Continental Portugal:
- DPD Pickup Point Delivery (1-2 business days) - €3.95 (free delivery for orders over €25)
- Home Delivery (1-2 business days) – €4.95
Portugal - Islands (Madeira & Azores):
- Home Delivery (5-8 business days)– €9,95 (free delivery for orders over €60)
Mainland Spain:
- Home delivery (1–2 business days) – €6.95 (free delivery on orders over €50)
Europe (France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Slovenia, Greece, Hungary and Italy):
- Home delivery (5–8 business days): €14.95
Please understand that we are not a transport company and that we are unable to ensure exact delivery dates. For us to prove that the delivery of your order was finalized we do not need prove that you have received it in person, but only that someone at the shipping address accepted the delivery.
Please make sure that a duly authorised person to accept and sign for your order is present at the supplied delivery address.
