We buy clothes and accessories for kids aged 0 to 8 and maternity (pregnancy and breastfeeding) that match our selection criteria.

Please be as selective as possible when choosing the clothes you want to sell so that we can present you the best possible offer.

Since we offer free shipping, we require a minimum of 20 items that meet our selection criteria.

If you have less than 20 items, please wait until you can collect more (at the speed children grow, we're sure it won't take long!) or contact us.

Our purchase process is designed to be as simple as possible. Here are the steps:

1. Make sure that the clothing meets our selection criteria;
2. Fill in the form below with your personal details;
3. Ship us your items for free ou drop them off in person at Ericeira.

Via courrier

Shipping is free (once every 3 months) for parcels up to 3kg* from mainland Portugal.

If the parcel exceeds 3kg, you will be charged* the following fees, depending on the package's weight:

• Between 3kg and 6kg: €2
• Between 6kg and 10kg: €4

* Amount to be deducted from the purchasing quote

Please make sure to properly pack your clothes (preferably in a cardboard box) before shipping.

Dropoff at Ericeira

You may drop off your clothes directly at our drop off point in Ericeira:

Before dropping off your clothes, please fill in the form on this page and wait for our contact.

We will send you a label with your contact details that we ask you to please print and stick to your parcel for clearer identification later.

Alternatively, you may write your contact details (name, email and mobile number) on a paper and attach it to your parcel.

Your clothes will be carefully assessed so that we can properly price each item.

The quote will be emailed within a maximum of 2 weeks of the clothes' drop off date.

The quote depends on the style, original price, brand, quality, quantity and category of each item.

If items are in high demand or are from a high-quality brand, we’ll pay more for them. We’ll also pay more for items that are new and still have their tags on, as long as they meet our selection criteria.

We also take into account the work involved in selecting, refreshing, styling, photographing and storing clothes, as well as the work involved in attracting and serving our customers.

In average, you will get between 30% to 50% of our sale price.

It all adds up! Remember, unlike consignment stores and online marketplaces, we buy all your items from you right away - you don't have to wait for your items to sell to get your money.

Payment is made in 2 ways:

1. 0-4 Years and Maternity Clothes: Petit Fox shop credit, valid for 1 year.
2. 5-8 Years Clothes: cash payment by MBWay or bank transfer.

Your store credit will be associated with your email and available for use within 24 hours of accepting our quote.

Cash payments are made within 4 weeks of accepting our quote.

To use your store credit, simply log in to our online shop. At checkout the amount will be automatically deducted from the value of your order.

You might be able to make more money selling your clothes individually through online marketplaces, but most parents find that it's not worth the extra time and effort.

It’s easy to forget how much time it takes to take photos, price items, upload images, edit the listing, answer phone calls or respond to messages, and wait for the purchase that often never comes through.

Selling to Petit Fox ends up resulting in more money for less, much less work.

Items rejected by Petit Fox may still be used by other children or new-moms.

We collaborate with several local charities to whom we donate rejected items, with the seller's permission.

If you wish to have the rejected items returned to you, you will be required to pay for the shipping costs - €5 per package up to 3kg. Alternatively, you can pick them up for free at Ericeira.

Please note that all clothing not collected from Petit Fox within 10 days will automatically be sent for donation.

Yes, you are completely free to decline our quote.

If you do not accept our quote and wish to get all your clothes back, a fee of €10 will be applied for each package up to 3kg to cover shipping and logistics costs.

Alternatively, you can collect them directly for free at Ericeira village, where our headquarters are based.
