Refund policy

Returns

 We ensure that all the items we sell are in excellent condition so that our customers are always 100% satisfied with their purchase.

If the items don’t fit or are not exactly as expected, we are happy to accept returns as long as:

• Items are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days from the date of the receipt.
• Items sold as "Never used" or "New" be returned with the tag intact and are still new, unused and unwashed.

How to return

Please visit your Customer Area at petitfox.pt and select the items you wish to return and the reason.

Returns are free of charge. Once we have received your return request, we will send you a packing slip to stick in your parcel.

Please note that we only offer one return per order. If you wish to make a second return of items from the same order, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Refunds

You will be able to choose from receiving a refund via bank transfer, MBWay or through a credit note to use at Petit Fox's online store, valid for 1 year (365 days) from the time we receive your return.

The amount paid with shop credit will be refunded in the same way.

The original order shipping costs are not refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.
