Are the items from the Brand Outlet used?

No. All items in the Brands Outlet section are new and unused. They are items from past collections of our partner brands, which still have their original tags.

Why are these items discounted?

Our goal is to promote circular fashion and prevent stock waste. By offering these discounted pieces from previous collections, we ensure that high-quality clothing reaches children instead of sitting in warehouses.

Can I return or exchange an Outlet item?

Yes. At Petit Fox, your rights as a consumer are the same whether you buy a second-hand or outlet item. You have 14 days to return it, provided the item retains its original tag and shows no signs of use.

Note: Due to very limited stock (often only 1 unit per size), exchanging for a different size of the same model may not be possible.

Are the items shipped along with pre-loved items?

Yes! You can mix items from the Eco-Outlet and pre-loved items in your cart. Everything will be shipped in the same sustainable Petit Fox package, helping you save on shipping costs and reducing the shipping footprint.

How do I know what the right size is?

We always follow the official size guide from the brands. If you have any questions about whether the sizing runs small or large, you can always contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp before completing your order.
