The Petit Fox Club is our free loyalty programme, created to reward our community! It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ for choosing to give kids' clothes a second life. By joining the club, you’ll earn points through your purchases and special offers, which you can then redeem for discounts and free delivery.

Membership is 100% free! If you already have a customer account with our online shop, you’re already part of the club. If you don’t have one yet, simply click on the programme icon (on the right-hand side of the screen) or go to our registration page and create your account.

✨ Welcome Tip: If you create your account online (75 points) and subscribe to our newsletter (25 points), you’ll immediately earn 100 points, which is equivalent to a €5 voucher to use whenever you like!

Simply log in to your account on our website and click on the Petit Fox Club button (the icon on the right-hand side of the screen). There, you can see how many points you have, view your history and click ‘Redeem’ on the reward of your choice. The system will generate a discount code, which you should copy and paste into the ‘Discount code’ field when completing your purchase.

Your points never expire and are yours to keep forever! You can collect them at your own pace and redeem them whenever it suits you best, no rush.

Just bear in mind that, once you’ve exchanged your points for a discount voucher on the dashboard, that specific voucher will have an expiry date: you’ll have between 30 and 60 days to use it (depending on the offer).

💡 Tip: To get the most out of it, we suggest you only redeem your points for a voucher just as you’re about to checkout!
