Well, it crosses the minds of many of us Mothers, workers, entrepreneurs, wives, daughters, friends There are no magic tricks but there are some strategies that you can put into practice to make your life more balanced and happy.

What I want you to do with this recipe:

Start applying it now, take care of yourself, read a good book, exercise, eat well, take a walk in nature or in the park outside your house. Five minutes a day.

Review your organization, define blocks of time for each area of ​​your life, set priorities and stick to those plans.

Set your own rules, family rules and household rules. Work on your limits and those of your children together.

Surround yourself with people who make you feel good and who add to your life. Review your professional and family relationships, especially those with your children. Change what bothers you.
